My stay at this hotel was really disappointing. There's so much potential here, but the experience just fell flat. We faced a ludicrous wait for our room, and even when we finally got one, it was incomplete and not clean. The staff seemed overwhelmed and unprepared to handle the issues, which didn't help at all. While the location is okay, I can't recommend this place based on my experience.
